I would like to say that Dr. Florence is a great audiologist and she has solved my problem to my hearing aid!!! This has been the first time she has EVER had an issue and she was able to do everything she could ever do to solve it!!! I thank her from the bottom of my heart and soul for everything sheu2019s done to solve my issue!!! I wouldnu2019t go to any other audiologist but Dr. Florence!!!! I love her and she is the sweetest person ever!!! Thank you once again Dr. Florence!!!

From when I walked through the front door it was a wonderful experience! I was treated with great respect and Florence my Audiologist was very good! From the test to explaining the whole process to me! Overall a good experience!

My husband has been going to American Hearing Center in Homdel for over a year. Carol Ann runs a very efficient office and is always very welcoming. Florence, the audiologist, is very professional and extremely knowledgeable. She is very patient and spends as much time needed to answer all questions and concerns. Can't say enough good things and highly recommend them.

Is this place for real? Very unusual to have friendly, welcoming and happy people who are looking to just make a difference in everyoneu2019s life daily. I was greeted by Carol who filled out most of my paperwork and made my life easier. Florence took the time to explain everything she was doing and made everything clear for me. Iu2019m not used to getting this kind of service anymore from medical professional offices. Donu2019t change a thing.

My partner & I both received excellent service from Ryan Lupin, a caring, intelligent, knowledgeable, competent hearing specialist. He tested our hearing, explaining the procedure clearly and in detail so we knew what to expect. He processed the results and explained it to us so it was very understandable. My partner was fitted with a pair of hearing aids and every nuance was clearly explained. Mr. Lupin was pleasant, patient, and informative. My experience with American Hearing both Holmdel and Eatontown has been fabulous. Ryan Lupin was so patient with me. He guided me throughout my selection process for a hearing aid. Excellent service. I found someone to help me after 2 years. I love that I found American Hearing Center Holmdel. They are so friendly and ready to help.

Everyone at American Hearing Centers has been nothing short of exceptional to myself & my mom. My mom needed hearing aids & was able to get a pair at no cost. When she needed a new pair, years later, she was able to use a gift card that had been sent by AHC that saved her about half the cost of a new set. We're never charged for any visit, & they take as long as we need. They also made my musician's earplugs, which are fantastic!! Two thumbs up for American Hearing Centers.

I saw a Facebook post for a free hearing evaluation, and as I have been having problems hearing for years gave it a shot. Turns out that yes, I really AM half deaf! The staff at the Holmdel office was amazingly helpful, fully explaining my test results, and explaining all my options. I am now the proud wearer of a set of hearing aids, and using them has been life changing! If you have any thought at all that your hearing has gone downhill, visit the Holmdel office - Carol and Ryan are the absolute best!

Directional hearing makes all the difference in a noisy room, I can now hear the person speaking in front of me and the loud background sound is not in competition. If your hearing is healthy they will not try to pressure you into a purchase. They have served me faithfully for about 4-5 years. No concerns - Give them a try!

Whatttttttt?? Thatu2019s all I used to say when people would have conversation with me because I was literally deaf. From the second I walked in the door Dr. Ryan Mattoon gave me hope ! Not only did he put up with all 100 u201cwhatu2019su201d he found the perfect hearing aids for my ears. As I was leaving it got even better ! He told me about free Batteries for 2 years! Say whatttt? I already had hearing aids from another place, needed help with batteries. After a hearing test and discussion, I got new batteries for the old hearing aids!! I will remember this when my insurance says I'm eligible again.
