Troast has helped me with my hearing aids for several years and has always been prompt, courteous, and professional. I like the personalized feeling I get when I go in; they ask about my family and how we are doingu2026itu2019s a nice environment and a business that I feel good about patronizing! The last time I was in they took the time to show me another option for my hearing loss, the Caption Phone. Prior to that I was unaware that this government-funded program existed. I had the phone installed and itu2019s been a huge help!! I will certainly continue to give Troast my business.

Great experience overall. Didnu2019t have to wait much to see the doctor. Clean, friendly, and plenty of room to space out in the waiting room. The doctor spends the time understanding the issue, doing the proper testing, and recommending next steps. If youu2019re experiencing hearing issues, I would highly recommend.

Brought my elderly mom in as she was convinced one of her 8 year old hearing aids from this place had finally given out. Mind you, their life span is more like 5-6 years. The gal there cleaned them which corrected the issue and handed them back to her free of charge. She was kind and patient and gave my mother good advice for the future as they will eventually have to be replaced. . My extended family has been coming here for 40+ years (used to be called Troast).

The person taking care of me was pleasant, cordial and very attentive to my beads. I left Troast with my hearing aides well well aed to my specific needs.

Allison is always helpful and available when we need her. Takes her time to explain the workings of my wifeu2019s hearing aids. Will not let us leave till my wife understands how to do everything. Thank you Allisonx

Was greeted nicely. Helped me right away. Had two aids not working right. She cleaned. As it was good as new!! Deborah was give me a temp aid. But didnu2019t need one Very nice people!!!

Troast Hearing is excellent!! They are extremely helpful and knowledgeable. They are highly professional as well as personally and kind. I'm a 43 year old man wear hearing aids since I was a 3 years old. So I certainly know audiologists!!!! Their goal is to make sure you are able to hear as well as possible and up to date on all the technology innovations that will help you achieve your goals. I would highly recommend Troast Hearing to anyone that is having trouble hearing!!!

Dr. Hughes is very friendly, personable, and professional. Takes the time to explain what is going on with your hearing and gives you options for hearing aides with no pressure. When problems do occur with the devices, helps to quickly resolve the issue(s). She also takes the time to get to know you and what best fits your needs/lifestyle.

I arrived to my appointment 10 mins late due to traffic issue. The receptionist told me that my appointment was for 1130 and i am 25 mins late. Although i showed her the text message confirming my 1145 appointment she rudely told me that i can not be accommodated and need to reschedule. I do not recall EVER being treated so rudely. I am a healthcare provider my self and can assure you that many of our patients are 10-15 mins late and we make the best effort to accommodate and if unable too, at least treat them with the most respect!!!!

Dr. Hughes is very friendly and professional.She explains your hearing needs and gives you several options for hearing aids. Most importantly she gets to know you and your hearing needs. The follow up, cleaning, and adjustments are extremely helpful.

Had two appointments to have my hearing tested and then to pick up hearing aids. Both Deb and Allison were wonderful to work with. They both took time to explain results, demo products, and answer the questions I had. I highly recommend.

She takes the time to discuss the results of my tests to determine the best hearing aid (a cross over) for my hearing issues. The woman doing initial test was nice and friendly. The man sales representative tried to push me into a hearing aid and said my score was u2018nearly deaf.u2019 Astounded at such a comment and rating since I hear pretty well in general life circumstances, I followed up with the AARP hearing test. They determined Iu2019m u201cwithin normal range!u201d The Troast discrepancy is quite disconcerting.

The people here were nice. Did the test, and then they took it upon themselves to order a hearing aids without asking me how I wanted them and than they had to send them back I was waiting for new ones and when I called they told me one thing and when my mother called they told her something different from what they told me. So I ended up going to some places else. I would not recommend this place. This was all back in December of 2022

Easy scheduling, great service. Allison is a natural teacher. She took the time to explain exactly how the hearing aids will work in my particular situation (significant hearing loss in only 1 ear).

The hearing test done was thorough and not uncomfortable at all My hearing aides were Cleaned and adjusted All things considered it was a pleasant experience

Debbie was very Thorough and explained each detail to me prior and when I was done she didnu2019t push for me too buy a hearing aid just follow up. The office was clean and brightly lite.
