THE most inflexible scheduling I have ever experienced. If you need troubleshooting with your hearing device, I suggest you look elsewhere or wait until they have openings. Suffer without being able to hear until your schedule syncs with theirs. This has happened repeatedly to me. good luck

Never before did I accept an Instagram add. So happy I did! American Hearing easily gave me a convenient appointment. Upon arrival, I was admitted with courtesy into their beautiful office with perfect punctuality. Technician Danielle Anaya administered test and discussed results and treatment options, all free of charge. Amazing! Highly recommend.

I have been to office twice to date and have an appointment in two weeks She spent a lot of time trying to adjust the hearing aides I will have a hearing test before final adjustments I never felt rimshot she took her time making sure I understood everything before I left

Our initial February 13 appt. scheduled by phone with an AHC rep in a 3 way call was NOT accepted when we arrived at the Lawrenceville NJ office, it had not been entered correctly/was put in for MARCH 13 instead. That said, our Feb 27 appt. with Danielle Anaya went well, I'd recommend her to anyone.

He would like to first commend Dr. Sarah Elias and her assistant Alysse for their excellent service and professionalism which they have provided me for the past 18 months. I have been wearing hearing aids for almost 15 years and I have had at least six different audiologist. Dr. Elias has, by far, been the best! Her patience, care and sensitivity and her interpersonal skills and communication particularly to older patients is very welcoming. Her assistant Alysse is always professional, courteous and responsive , when you call and always gets back to you with whatever information you requested. In summary, it is a real pleasure contacting their office for all my audiological issues and service.

Dr Elias is very pleasant and caring. I went here and received a hearing test and then a hearing aid for my left ear. It has greatly helped with my hearing loss. Alyssa at the front desk is also very pleasant and helpful. If you have trouble hearing make an appointment and give them a try.

I have been a customer at this location since April. I see all of the wonderful reviews about Dr Elias..I really can not add anything else. She is very knowledgeable and takes whatever time you need to fully answer your questions and get the right tweaking of your hearing aid for your personal problems. I am so thrilled that I found her! And then there is Alyssa her front desk staff. She is the "can do" front desk greeter, appointment guru and insurance expert. Whatever is needed she will dive right in whether it is an insurance question/issue or finding an appointment time that works for you..she will do whatever it takes. I can not express how joyful I am to be a patient there, they have fulfilled and exceeded my expectations....kudos.

Our Audiologist, Sarah, has been constantly caring and helpful. My Signia aids have been working out well for me and Dr Sarah has just tweaked them a tad at our visit for cleaning and updating yesterday. My wifeu2019s older Resound aids, and the one I use for backup were also cleaned and updated as needed to keep them ready for use. It is a privilege to have quality professional attention from specialists like Ryan and now, Sarah. I went to American Hearing Center in Lawrenceville last year to evaluate my hearing and determine the effectiveness of my 8 year old hearing aids. Dr. Elias was very helpful and knowledgeable. She recommended that I consider getting new hearing aids in the next year. So I got new ReSound Hearing Aids and they are wonderful. I have been back to see Dr. Elias for a check up on my new hearing aids and she is always kind, professional and helpful. I highly recommend this practice.

I can't say enough about Dr. Elias and Alyssa in the Lawrenceville office. From the first time I went there it was an amazing experience. Dr. Elias is so pleasant and professional and addresses all my concerns. She goes above and beyond every time we communicate or I come into the office and I value her service like no other. I always look forward to seeing her and Alyssa regardless of my hearing issue, as I know I wil be taken care of with the best of care.

Dr Elias is knowledgable, professional and very caring about her clients. I am an audiologist/speech pathologist and I would recommend her to anyone. Her staff is personable and very efficient. Follow up calls are wonderful. I have tried other hearing aid facilities and this is the best one in the area. No one is pushy to sell a hearing aid. It is all about what the client's needs. The experience that my Mom and myself have had at this office is absolutely wonderful. Everyone is so professional, kind and thoughtful. They go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable. They go out of their way to help you as soon as possible, whether it be to stop by for a visit or dropping something off that needs repair. The Audiologist, is the best! Alyssa is the sweetest. I would highly recommend this place for anyone that has any type of hearing issues. Definitely a 5 star office!!

Dr. Elias is terrific. She is professional, knowledgeable, and personable. She listens carefully. After giving me a hearing test she suggested I consider more up-to-date hearing aids. She convinced me with a live side by side comparison. The new model had much better clarity allowing me to distinguish many more words than with the old model. I am really glad Dr. Elias recommended new hearing aids. She persuaded me with logic, not pushy sales techniques. As a result I can hear much better with ease. Thank you, Dr. Elias. Great place. Dr. Saha Elias and her staff are the best and owesome. It's easy to get an appointment and very accommodating. My sister was visiting me from Europe. My sister had hearing problem. I immediately called Dr's Elias's office. After long trips to the office and the great efforts from dr. Elias finally my sister now can hear and participates in any conversation and share nice stories with family. My sister and I appreciate all Dr's Elias efforts specially my sister doesn't speak english. I diffentaly will recommend the American hearing center to our friend's and family. I have an appointment myself very soon thanks again to Dr's Elias and staff.

Dr. Elias is awesome. She is very professional and truly cares and takes an interest in her patients. I had a great experience from beginning to end. From the original hearing test to the continued follow up care that she provides. We realized, because of my job setting, that the hearing aids we originally ordered were not the best fit for my situation and under her guidance, we immediately switched to a different brand that worked much better! Dr. Elias listened to me and did not try to convince me otherwise. Since she continues to stay current in her field, she knew that a company was getting ready to release a new hearing aid that she felt would be perfect for me and so she pushed to get me a pair as soon as they were officially on the market. Professional and courteous office. Dr. Elias is very personable and made me feel welcomed as a new patient. After she completed testing, John explained results to me. Hearing aid recommended but I was not pressured to get that day. When I am ready I will see Dr. Elias to discuss my options. I would highly recommend this practice.
