There was a misunderstanding about the hearing test I was suppose to take.

I went to American Hearing Centers in Freehold because I had a problem with my hearing aids. Even though I had purchased my hearing aids in Florida , I went to their store to see if could they help me. I met a beautiful lady named Joan. She was so courteous and helpful. Within 2 minutes she had solved my problem. I offered to pay her but she refused to take any money. She said she was delighted to help me. My hearing aids are working perfectly again , Thanks to this kind lady. I recommend this business to anyone looking for hearing aids. Joan is soo helpful and gracious. I was referred by a patient and I will continue the trend. While American Hearing Centers of Freehold has been through a staff change, every provider I have met with has been knowledgeable, patient and kind. A special shout out to Maria Sulikowski, the provider who is usually in Monroe who helped me during a particularly difficult issue, and Melissa Negron. I also would be remiss if I did not recognize the front desk "PCC" Joan who maintains the office, the flow, the integrity and the warmth of the office.

Joan & Melissa from American Hearing Center are a pleasure to work with and made my recent experience purchasing a new hearing aid easy. In my experience as a long time hearing aid user they are simply the best at what they do. I wouldn't go anywhere else and highly recommend them.

My husband and I had a great experience today at American Hearing Center in Freehold. From our initial contact with Joan at the front desk through the testing and thorough and patient explanation of the results from Mala Feldman everything was top notch. We left with a thorough understanding of my husbandu2019s hearing issues. Heading aids were tried and successfully ordered. Both Mala and Joan stayed late on a Friday patiently answering all our questions. WE couldnu2019t have been more satisfied. Thank you American Hearing Center for your help!

Mala Feldman, who is in charge of the Freehold Office of American Hearing Centers, is an extraordinary professional. She is extremely knowledgeable, very skilled, very customer oriented, and makes recommendations and does what is in the customeru2019s best interest. I recently began working with her and am so happy that I did. Based on her analysis of my hearing, she has made recommendations for the direction that make a great deal of sense. What is important is that she didnu2019t just make the recommendations; rather, she took the time to explain the rationale for the recommendations. It is very clear to me that Mala cares about her patients and goes the extra mile to meet their needs. I highly recommend Mala Feldman and the Freehold office of American Hearing Center.

Had a very interesting experience at American hearing. Mala Feldman did almost The impossible, we had a tremendous amount of difficulty getting a brand new hearing aid to function but she did not give up. She tried and with a tremendous amount of perseverance it was accomplished. We were able to hear perfectly on the hearing aid. Bravo to Mala!

We had an incredible experience at this office. From our first phone call speaking with Joan to book our appointment, we knew this would be a very professional office with caring and kind Staff. Mala and her team did a thorough hearing test and were so informative, caring, and friendly. My husband and I actually had fun getting our hearing checked and having ear plugs made for work! Mala and Maria were fantastic. We feel like we made new friends. We could not recommend this practice more. You will not be disappointed!!

I was a former patient on Monroe office. Right hearing aid stopped working. Could not get an immediate appointment so I tried Freehold office and was able to get appointment same day with Mala she couldnu2019t have been nicer and took care of my problem. I will be using the Freehold office from now on.

Upon my scheduled arrival, I was verified and entered the examination studio all within a 5 minute period. Maria, the audiologist was pleasant and professional and explained to me all the procedures and began. The entire exam was 15 minutes and all my questions were answered patiently and in detail.

Mala goes above and beyond every time my mom has an appointment at this office. She takes so much time with my mom and is extremely thorough .

Brought my 92 year old mom in for a check up. The office was clean, bright and all staff greeted us with a smile. We waiting maybe 5 minutes. As a new patient, especially these days, is unheard of. Dr. Mala could not be nicer. The was upfront and honest. Could have done all unnecessary tests and what not. But she simply told us to get eat wax softener. Honest and sweet!! I have always found this facility helpful and obliging. Mara is extremely knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. However, at my last visit I was informed of a new pricing to take effect at my next visit. Free services performed at my last visit would cost about $94. in the future. This will result in my investigating other options going forward.

I must tell you how impressed I am with the staff at the Freehold office. I have been using another company and have not been happy with them. I looked for another hearing aid company and American Hearing Center came up. I was met with a very pleasant receptionist,Joan. I was then introduced to Mala. She listened to my issues and sent them out for repairs. Joan was in constant communication with him and were so apologetic due to the hearing aids were taking longer than normal. I got them back and Maya took her time with to get them set up correctly. I have found my new hearing aid support team. Thank you Mala and Joan.

Mala is a joy! My mom was visiting from out of town and had a hearing aid emergency! A piece of her hearing aid broke off and was lodged deep in the ear canal. She saw us on a momentu2019s notice and resolved the issue. The equipment is from Costco, yet she did not turn us away and she even looked into the warranty information.
